Nestled in the mountains of the Samaná peninsula, La Fábrica is a working farm, factory and roastery built on regenerative and sustainable agriculture. Every bean and pod we grow, dry, roast and pour starts right here, from soil to cup, from tree to bar.

Come sit among the mountains. Sip a coffee grown steps from where you're sitting, or a hot chocolate made from cacao we've nurtured, dried and roasted ourselves. Our café showcases the full range of what La Fábrica produces, available to taste, sip and take home.
